Payments
For the moment we accept the following payment methods.

Once our customer care team has approved the return/refund, it can take from 1 to 4 days to arrive back to you bank account.
If you have not received any money after a week from having received a confirmation of your return/refund please contact us at
As a small business we do not have the infrastructure to provide a pre-payment of duties. This is specially important for our friends in Switzerland, The United Kingdom and The United States. If the package is refused due to the customer not taking fulfilling their obligations to pay the duties, we will only issue a refund for the non recieved items (but the customer will still be responsible for the shipping fees).
Shipping
Our office/warehouse is located in Brussels and we send your orders every day of work week.
Once we have posted your order you should receive an email with a tracking code so you may know at anytime where your order is.
Average delivery time wait depends on location
- Belgium/Benelux can take from 2/3 days
- Spain/France/Germany 3-5 days
- Anywhere further may take from 4 to 8 days
If the package has take longer than a full week to arrive (Aside for people in the US/CA or Australia) please contact us at we will be happy to help!
We currently only work with UPS as we consider it is one of the best carriers in Europe. When you unlock free shipping we use UPS Standard service to send your order.
Depending on your location this may take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to arrive.
With every order we receive we create a shipping label with UPS/ Once this label is created UPS will send you an email informing you that there is a package your way.
The email contains a hyper link towards the UPS tracking website.
Products
We currently do not produce our products, we work with designers and craftmen who produce these products for us. We prioritize small producers as we believe that our Craft(wo)men work is outstanding
Return/ Refunds/ Problem with my order
We offer a return policy of 31 days once the package has been delivered. Returns do come with certain conditions
- The product must still have its original packaging
- The product must be in its original condition (burning a candle half-way and trying to return it does not work)
- You must send us a picture of the items before sending them back so our team can evaluate
- Once we have received the items to our address [Rue Heyvaert 191, 1060 Molenbeek Saint Jean, Brussels Belgium] and assesed they are in their original condition, we will issue the refund.
Unfortunately carriers and people in the shipping industry can be a bit rough with the packages. Some Items may break during the shipping, we are truly sorry that it was the case for you. Please send us pictures of the broken items to our customer care team and we will offer you with either a new product or we can easily issue a refund.
Once we have received the pictures and validated the damages we will issue the refund, or new order!
The more pictures the better so we may also put a claim with the carrier.
