Payments
For the moment we accept the following payment methods.

Once our customer care team has approved the return/refund, it can take from 1 to 4 days to arrive back to you bank account.
If you have not received any money after a week from having received a confirmation of your return/refund please contact us at [email protected].
We are unable to provide shipping for orders placed outside the EU. Additionally, at present we are unable to provide pre-payment of duties. For orders shipping to Switzerland, The United Kingdom and The United States the consumer is liable for customs duties and associated fees. If a package is refused due to the customer not fulfilling their obligations to pay the appropriate customs duties and fees, Inakono will only issue a refund for items not received not including the cost of shipping.
Shipping
Our office and warehouse is located in Brussels, Belgium. We fill and dispatch your orders Monday to Friday. Once your order has been posted you will receive an email with a tracking code with your estimated delivery date.
Approximate delivery dates depends on location. Currently, orders placed to the following locations have the subsequent shipping time:
- Belgium/Benelux 2-3 days
- Spain/France/Germany 3-5 days
- Beyond 4 to 8 days
For orders placed within the EU which take longer than a full week to arrive please contact us and we will be happy to help!
We currently work exlusively with UPS. Orders which qualify for free shipping will be shipped with UPS Standard.

With every order we receive we create a shipping label with UPS. Once this label is created, UPS will send you an email with a hyperlink to the UPS tracking website where you can track your parcel and view estimated delivery times and updates.
Products
Inakono does not produce the products in our inventory. We source artisans and designers who handcraft their items and distribute these works on our website. We prioritise small producers as we believe that our craft(wo)men's work is outstanding. For information on individual item production and materials you can read more on our blog page.
Returns, Refunds, and Problems with my Order
Returns may be initiated within 31 days of the date of delivery for items:
- Still in the original packaging
- The product must be in its original condition without use
Once we have received the items to our address [Rue Heyvaert 191, 1060 Molenbeek Saint Jean, Brussels Belgium] and determined it to satisfy the above criteria, Inakono will issue a full refund.
Some of the items from my order arrived broken
At Inakono we hope your order always makes it to you safely and in one piece. Unfortunately, carriers and people in the shipping industry sometimes make mistakes resulting in some items breaking during the shipping process. We are truly sorry if that was the case for your order.
To rectify this, please send us pictures of the broken items to our customer care team at [email protected] and we will assess the damages. The more pictures the better as we will open a claim with the carrier responsible for the damages. Once we have received your pictures and validated the damages we may either offer you a replacement for the same product or issue a refund. Thank you very much and again for your understanding and we hope to rectify your order quickly and satisfactorily.
